Problem? What Problem?

Problem? What Problem?

Thursday 7th November 2019

Do family and friends make comments about your health, weight, diet or lack of exercise?
Do you feel uncomfortable when you hear people talking about how much weight they have lost?
Do you feel uncomfortable when people talk about how much exercise they are doing?
Do you fasten your belt below your waist?
Have you gone into the next size because they are making clothes smaller these days?
Are people always getting at you?
Do you wish people would mind their own business?
Is your partner nagging you?

If you have answered yes to any of theses questions, you have a problem that you are trying to ignore. People around you are making comments because they care, not because they are trying to upset you. Your partner is not "nagging" you but simply repeating things because you are not responding.

The above picture is not a man looking for his keys. It is a man with his head in the sand ie. not not looking or listening to anyone or anything. He just doesn't want to know. Is this you?

It is time to be kind to yourself. Being kind to yourself is not giving yourself the biggest piece of cake! It is looking after yourself, making yourself a priority, being understanding instead of giving yourself a hard time.

Listen to your family and friends, they mean well. If you have a problem with your health but can't see a way forward, contact Men's Weight Matters and talk to people that understand and can help.

Do it NOW!!!!
