Why is it the thinking mans approach to weight management?

You will not be given a diet sheet or told what to eat. Instead, you will make your own choices. You will be thinking about what you eat and why. We will look at the underlying issues you have around food and work out a way to overcome them.There will also be self - reflection, self-knowledge and understanding.

Why is it weight management and not weight loss?

This is not a quick fix. The focus is on health and feeling good. You will be making changes that will manage your weight on a long term basis.

What is the group experience?

The group experience is what happens when a group of people get together and share their thoughts and feelings over a period of time. This brings people closer together. Finding you are not the only one struggling is very reassuring.

Why is stress management part of the course?

Eating and weight loss are surrounded by stress and one is often a result of the other.

What is intuitive eating?

Intuitive eating is simply responding to your body's needs. You will learn (or re-learn) how to do this more efficiently with Men's Weight Matters.

Will there be weighing scales?

Absolutely not!

What happens at the end of the course?

Support can continue in the form of your group Whats App and maybe monthly meetings arranged by your group. You will always have the support of Men's Weight Matters.
