plus your choice of subjects such as:

- Positive Thinking
- Mindfulness
- Emotional Eating
- Motivation
All these subjects will really help you to be successful towards feeling good both mentally and physically and as I am sure you are aware, the mind and body are inextricably linked. Together we will investigate your personal issues around food and produce a plan of action - your own personal plan of action showing you the way forward.
